UPDATE 16-07-2008: I've received lots of note, asking me did I use some special custom brushes for this one. Well the very truth is I just used default Roundbrush with lots of custom settings, such as Roundness, Angle jitter, Scatter... (I mentioned already). Photoshop's brush engine can drive you nut, but if you understand it, it's great.

As mentioned in Climbing, yesterday was a busy day with tons of movie and brand-new architecture books + magazines release, so I can not complete my Davy Jones in time (ok ok ok, not that busy, but a bit of lazyness ).

So this is my finished piece, original is 1000x2000 (for fast computer performance), spent about 5-6 hours (not continuous) with PS CS 2 + basic round brush (with lot of advance settings), Wacom Intuos 3 and no cheating (art filter, color picking or whatever), with exception is a little of Gaussian Blur filter for background only.

All I want is speed, feeling of mass-mess, composing of colors, and cinematic light. Not a competition of cloning skill you know.

If I want a clone, just press ctrl+c, no need to waste my time.
